Clinical history:
This 70 years old woman presented with a two year history of mildly tender erythematous indurated plaques and nodules on both legs. The right calf was more extensively involved than the left side. There was a history of ulceration of the left leg that subsequently healed with scar formation. Past health was unremarkable.

What is the most likely diagnosis?

A. Erythema nodosum
B. Erythema induratum
C. Erythema elevatum diutinum
D. Atypical mycobacterial infection
