SPONSORSHIP FOR ATTENDANCE OF WONCA CONFERENCES
|

The
College Council has decided to send official delegations to attend the
following conferences, hosted by the World Organization of Family Doctors
(WONCA).

WONCA Regional Conference in 2002 - Asia Pacific The Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia will be hosting the Asia Pacific Regional Conference at the Shangri-la Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 31 March to 4 April, 2002.
WONCA Regional Conference in 2002 - Europe The Royal College of General Practitioners UK will be hosting the WONCA Region Europe ESGP/ FM - Regional Conference at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, London, England from 9 to 13 June, 2002. College members are invited to apply to join the delegations. Selected delegates will be sponsored to attend one or both of these conferences. The traveling costs and registration fees of the delegates will be partially or fully reimbursed*. Application forms are available at the College Office. All applications must be submitted to the College office on or before 27 February, 2002 (Wednesday). |

*The
Selection Committee will have the final decision on the selection of
delegates, and will decide on the amount of sponsorship.
