A monthly clinical quiz is published in The Hong Kong Practitioner. Clinical history:

A 19 year-old girl presented with a deep blue nodule on her right forearm for over five years. The nodule was asymptomatic, but grew slowly to reach 5mm in diameter. There was no other similar lesion found on examination.
