| Our College will hold the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) on 27-28 May 2006 at the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building, The theme of the meeting is 'Many Faces of a Family Doctor'. This meeting will focus at the roles of general practitioners, family medicine specialists and other specialists in our primary health care system. Hong Kong College of Physicians, Hong Kong Primary Care Foundation and Hong Kong College of Paediatricians have agreed to co-organize the plenary sessions. We are most honoured to have Dr. Chan Chok Wan, Council Member of Hong Kong College of Paediatricians, Prof. Richard Yu, Past President of Hong Kong College of Physicians, Professor William Wong, Vice-Convenor of Hong Kong Primary Care Foundation, and Dr. Wun Yuk Tsan, Censor of our College, to be our plenary speakers. We also have practical workshops which provide opportunities for members to update their skills and knowledge in Evidence Based Medicine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. Moreover, members could share their experiences, researches and clinical information in the scientific paper presentation sessions. We strongly believe that this meeting would be an important event, where we could broaden our scope in the future primary health care system in Hong Kong. So join us and send in your registration early.
