The year 2007 is drawing to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to update you on a number of changes at the Hong Kong Practitioner.

Dr David Chao our Editor in Chief since 2001, resigned in March 2007 for personal reasons. Dr Eileen Tse has taken up the role of the chief editor for the past 10 months. Starting from 2008, Professor Samuel Wong, Assistant Professor, Department of Community and Family Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong will assume this role.

From next year, we have decided to change the Hong Kong Practitioner from a monthly publication to a quarterly publication. The College Newsletter, FP Links will be sent to Members monthly as before. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed to the journal either as reviewers, advisors or editorial members in the past, you helped us to publish regularly without fail since 1979.

The Hong Kong Practitioner will have a new outlook.
